Recology South Valley gives single-family customers two sets of vouchers a year for free trips to the San Martin Transfer Station: one for garbage-type items and one for recyclables plus two e-waste items, per the City of Morgan Hill. Apartment and multi-family properties get curbside collections based on the number of units.
