What we take, donate & recycle
Furniture, mattresses, boxes, appliances, tools, clothing, housewares, rugs, bedding and general household contents. Usable items are set aside for donation where we can, and we recycle what we can.
What we can't take
We can’t take hazardous waste such as paint, chemicals, fuels, batteries and pesticides. Your facility may also have its own rules about access and what can be removed, so check with the manager.

What unit sizes do you clear?
We clear units of all sizes, from small closets to large drive-up units. Tell us the size and send a photo of what’s inside, and we’ll give you an honest estimate.
Do I need to be there? What about gate access codes?
Not always, but we need access. Share the unit number and gate code or arrange access with the facility manager when you text, and tell us whether you’ll be there.
Can you clear an abandoned unit?
Yes, for facility managers and auction buyers once the facility’s own lien and auction process is complete. We don’t give legal advice, and the facility handles its own lien process.
What if the facility gave me a move-out deadline?

Do you donate usable items?
Yes, where we can. Usable furniture, housewares and clothing are set aside for donation, and we recycle what we can. What can be donated depends on its condition.
