What do you take from a garage?

How does a garage cleanout work?

1. Text a few photos of the garage, including the corners and shelves.
2. Get your price before we start, based on how much of the truck it fills.
3. Sort with us. Tell us what stays. We set aside anything that looks important, like paperwork, photos or tools you might want.
4. We clear it. Our crew carries everything out and loads the trailer. Usable items go to donation when a charity will take them, metal and e-waste get recycled, and the rest goes to a licensed facility.
5. Sweep-up. We sweep the floor so you can pull the car right in.

How much does a garage cleanout cost?

We price by volume: how much of the truck your stuff fills, plus anything heavy or awkward like appliances or a piano. A few bulky items cost less than a packed two-car garage. Text photos to (408) 310-0246 for a price before we start, or see how our pricing works.

Can I use my city’s bulky pickup instead?

For a few items, maybe. City programs have limits:

• San Jose: free, unlimited junk pickups, but everything has to be at the curb.
• Gilroy: 2 free pickups a year, up to 2 items each, under 200 lb.
• Morgan Hill: vouchers for the San Martin Transfer Station, so you haul it yourself.
• Hollister: 2 free pickups a year, up to 2 bulky items and 2 cubic yards of bags.
