2. Scheduling and Appointments

- Service windows are provided in two-hour blocks.
- We will notify you if there are significant changes to the estimated arrival time.
- Ensure that the items for removal are accessible and that any necessary permissions for property access are secured.
3. Estimates and Pricing
Our pricing is based on the volume and type of items to be removed. We provide:
- Free, no-obligation estimates.
- Transparent pricing with no hidden fees.
- Final pricing confirmed upon on-site assessment.
- Additional charges may apply for items requiring special handling or disposal.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the Services. We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and cash. A valid payment method must be provided at the time of booking.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment without penalty by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

- Items are not as described during the booking process.
8. Liability
Junk Gone is not liable for:
- Damage to items not intended for removal.
- Pre-existing damage to property.
- Loss of items not designated for removal.
Our team exercises care during the removal process, but we recommend removing valuable or fragile items from the service area.
9. Recycling and Donations
We prioritize eco-friendly disposal methods:
- Items in good condition may be donated to local charities.
- Recyclable materials are taken to appropriate facilities.
- Non-recyclable items are disposed of responsibly.
